I think I found my healing salve for whenever I get the baby blues. Worship. If chad can fwatch the kids for a little bit, and I can get in the car and turn on worship music full blast and sing along - it helps me immensely.
Noah held his bottle all by himself while Chad was feeding him yesterday. Of course he stopped holding it once I got the camera - but it was cute while it lasted. He and Naomi have discovered their hands (sorta). They really enjoy chewing on them.
I'm going back to a prayer I used to pray regularly too. God, please help me to accomplish what YOU want me to accomplish today, and help me not be concerned about what I don't accomplish - because you didn't want me to do that anyway. Amen
