Noah's walking - sort of. He can take one step at a time, he is up to 4 steps all by himself before he gets on the floor and crawls. He is just under 20lbs, and still way more physical than his sister. He can say DAAAAAAA, which we interpret as Daddy, MAAAAAAAAMMMMAA, which we interpret as Mommy. :-) The PT nurse swore he said "off" to Naomi when she was on the rocking horse at their last appointment. I didn't hear it, but I believe it. They are getting to the point where they no longer share inherently. We are working on that now. I have a hunch that will be something we are "working on" for the next 18 years.
Naomi's crawling confidently - the physical therapy has done wonders for her. She was more kinked up in the womb, so I think we've got that all taken care of for her now. She is no longer behind the curve developmentally. She is actually starting to shoot ahead of Noah in the language department. She can say "more" and "cookie" in sign language. She actually used the sign language for "more" when we were at the doctor's office to let me know she was hungry. It was awesome. We are teaching them both sign language, in an effort to avoid miscommunications during the terrible twos. Mommy needs to buy more books to learn more words.
Love to you all,
We've posted Thanksgiving weekend pictures on the phanfare site. Email me for the password.
